Proposal to use ~0.5ETH from the community funds to purchase Token 2476. (floor at 0.002, might not be this cheap forever as once used the tokens get burned)

The reason why we like this is that it doesn't seem to be the usually paid shill, 2476 actually does her own research and dives deep into what the project is with her followers.
