WIP#3 First Big Burn of $3P Token

Following our WIP#2, we've heard some new opinions.

We have to admit there is limitation in proposals; therefore, we have decided to make another proposal for our first token burn event before the regular burn event starts.

Purpose: Reduce $3P token circulation and increase the value of the token in the hand of community.

Proposal: First burn 20% of total supply (Ecosystem/Treasury & Team) Just simply vote YES or NO.
