Overview

For the past ~18 months we have been utilizing Web3 Freedom Club DAO LLC as an incubator and think tank within our 3️⃣win Social DAO ecosystem. Yonks is wanting to lean into We Own as a brand in 2025+ (NOTE: not a new idea).

An easy way to do this is to do this is create a DBA for 🧪 We Own Labs with Wyoming Secretary of State. Within the larger DAO / Web3 ecosystem having a “labs” entity / org is a widely utilized business model.

Proposal Summary

1. Create Wyoming DBA / Trade Name for 🧪 We Own Labs owned by Web3 Freedom Club DAO LLC
2. Establish IP / brand assets accordingly
