JusticeDAO Proposal 001 - Legal Action Against AssangeDAO

JusticeDAO is a SubDAO established by a group of enthusiastic donors of AssangeDAO. The intention of JusticeDAO was to support and work with AssangeDAO community and fight for Julian Assange's freedom.

Now, we would to accuse the founding member and The Consensus Unit of AssangeDAO for violating the initial governance model, AIP 0001 proposed by themselves.

According to the AIP 0001, for every decision make by AssangeDAO, a proposal should be first share to the forum by community members. Then, the proposal will be reviewed by the Consensus Unit. Initially, the Consensus Unit will consist of Jen Robinson (Julian Assange's lawyer), Gabriel Shipton (Julian Assange's brother) and Stella Moris (Julian Assange's fiancee) and our community moderators. If the proposal is accepted by the Consensus Unit, it will be added to Snapshot. $JUSTICE holders will be able to vote on accepting or rejecting the proposal.

However, the AIP 0001 was not neglected and not applied during the very 1st execution of AssangeDAO. Feb 9, 2022, a proposal "Assange Family unit - Maximum Bid" was made by Gabriel Shipton - Julians Assanges Brother, not to go through the Snapshot voting procedure but maxbid on the Clock NFT by Pak that is available for withdrawal from Juicebox. This centralised execution violate the intention of a DAO and the AIP 0001. The proposal end up being an announcement, losing the meaning of a proposal and causing all donors and contributor dissatisfaction.

Based on the outcome of "JusticeDAO Proposal 001 - Legal Action Against AssangeDAO", we will decide whether to form a legal team with experts and lawyers to file lawsuit against the key dictators of AssangeDAO:
