[WP-01]: Choose the Standard Voting Timeframe

Summary: This proposal aims to set a default voting timeframe for all DAO proposals submitted.

Context & Purpose: As the WELF DAO begins its governance journey, it’s important to define foundational parameters. One of these is the voting timeframe, the window during which token holders can review and vote on proposals.

This proposal presents multiple options for the community to choose from. The selected timeframe will become the default voting duration for all proposals, unless an exception is explicitly stated in a future proposal.

Options to Vote On:

• 3 Days (72 hours)
• 5 Days (120 hours)
• 7 Days (168 hours)

Voting Mechanism

• Each wallet can vote once; you are able to change your vote during the voting period.
• Voting power is proportional: 1 WELF = 1 vote.
• The option with the highest vote count will be implemented as the standard.

Implementation Once the winning option is selected all future proposals will default to that timeframe.
