Proposal for new NFT drop "The Second Dip"

Although we had a previously-successful DAO vote about the blue chips "baby blues"community expansion initiative, it seems pertinent to do things a little bit differently, here in this moment, as we are releasing some key utility this month. So, we are putting forth a vote to have a second 200 NFT blue chips drop, next week on Wednesday the 28th (target date). This is the day following the launch of our first community dipping utility (dip for tokens on Tuesday for existing holders, NFT drop the next day). This will temporarily replace the Baby Blues initiative which never really gathered any activity from the existing community, and, at the same time, it will introduce a limited set of Baby Blues NFTs to garner community response and feedback on those NFTs. Said another way; there will be some Baby Blues NFTs in this 200 NFT drop, and these will allow us to introduce the broader community to the Baby Blues NFT art/style.

The drop we are proposing for next Wednesday is this: Date - Wednesday, September 28th Amount - 200 brand new, full-fledged blue chips NFTs (with some super-rare 1/1 and some Baby Blues in the midst) dropped in the same fashion as the initial Blue Chips NFT drop. Mint from site, as before. Price - 0.09 ETH (this adds value to the first drop, which was slightly lower priced) Split of proceeds from the drop: 10% to treasury 50% to the artist/designer (as precedent from the first drop) 40% split among the rest of the core team, which have all worked very hard to bring the current utility to life

The benefits of this proposed drop are as such: This will allow us to bring in up to 200 new community members into the Blue Chips community, right as we deploy our innovative "dipping" utility. This should kickstart the community, generate buzz and interest, and set the proper tone and momentum for the project at this time. Dipping is set to begin the day before this proposed drop, on 09-27.

Doing the dipping utility and the new drop in the same week also allows us to co-market the two items in one swift move, showcasing both the new utility (promises kept) and the surge in new blue chips art and new community members community at the same time.

Further specifics: The art for this drop is already created and the contract work is underway. There are 15 rare 1/1 NFTs, 28 Baby Blues and 157 standard blue chips. The new blue chips have some new features, and old features such as the kazoo and headphones were retired. Each Blue Chip NFT features hand illustrated art and each NFT was hand assembled to create maximum emotion, perfect composition, and a feeling of and "fun." This is just like what was done with the first drop. The aesthetic will be the same, but every chip will be a unique 1/1 chip.
