$WEN as Gas Token for ERC-4337 Smart Wallets

I'd like to present the first proposal that introduces utility for the $WEN token. I've personally been working with ZeroDev (https://zerodev.app/), one of the leading companies in ERC-4337 Smart Wallets, for several months now. ZeroDev is backed by YCombinator and a16zcrypto and was also a core contributor to EIP-4337.

For those of you who don't know what ERC-4337 is, it is a new Ethereum proposal put out by Vitalik Buterin that simplifies crypto wallet management. The wallets we use today such as Metamask, Ledger, etc are called Externally Owned Accounts (EOAs). They are "dumb" in that the owner of the wallet has to safely store and know the private key (or a seed phrase) to control the wallet. If you lose that key, you lose access to funds in the wallet. The wallet are also sometimes complicated to set up and use for people new to crypto.

Vitalik introduced a new vision for wallets in EIP-4337 that feels more like a custodial wallet on Coinbase or other centralized exchange platforms. People can generate a wallet without even knowing they did so -- even via social logins like Twitter, Facebook, or Google. ERC-4337 wallets are meant to be very user friendly and to help onboard the millions of people in "Web 2" who have not yet participated in crypto or NFTs.

This new era of "smart wallets" based on ERC-4337 is just starting, but it is poised to massively disrupt crypto. It's less than a year old, but I've already built a working integration with ZeroDev

A couple of the most interesting features of these new smart wallets are:

• Can create wallets via social login using platforms
• Companies can "sponsor gas", meaning that users don't have to have ETH in their wallet to execute transactions
• Gas can be paid in an ERC-20 token, such as $WEN

I propose to the DAO that we forge strong relationships with ZeroDev, StackUp, and other smart wallet vendors and make $WEN the ERC-20 gas token of choice for ERC-4337 smart wallets. I will built out, at no charge to the DAO, various proofs-of-concept for NFTs and DeFi to showcase the capabilities of $WEN as a gas token for smart wallets.

This will help differentiate $WEN from other memecoins by introducing a forward-thinking utility with a real use case. I will invite ZeroDev and other smart contract wallet providers to engage in dialog with the community to help you better understand this proposal.
