Proposal to swap 4,200,000,000 $BULL to $USDC

Abstract The DAO received $BULL Token as a gift from the Wenmint team. The $BULL Token has been steadily losing value and lost over 16% over the last 24 hrs. This proposal is to preserve the current value of these tokens so the DAO can utilize these funds in the future.

Specifications The signers will swap all of the $BULL token in the DAO Wallet to $USDC

Consensus This proposal will be live for review, comment and voting for 12 Hrs. It will be a simple for or against vote.

Motivation and Benefit Preserve the $USDC value of the $BULL tokens. The DAO then can decide what to do with these funds in a later proposal

Drawbacks The $BULL Token can increase in value of course which would cause an opportunity cost.

Final Words The Memecoin market is volatile and can go either way, but based on the current outlook for this token we believe the best course of action would be to lock in the value and swap to a stable position.
