Expiration of Airdrop Claim

I'm proposing that we impose an expiration on the airdrop claim. With 50K wallets in the allowlist, it's highly unlikely that all of those wallets will claim. The unclaimed tokens can be put to better use by the DAO.

A few suggested uses are:

• Burn some % of them
• Airdrop some % of them to current holders
• Send some % of them into the staking pool
• Leave them in the DAO wallet for future use
• Send some % of them into the CEX/DEX wallet

Rather than make a decision about how to dispose of them now, this proposal only deals with an expiration date for claiming. It will present several dates for expiration and a "Don't Expire" choice for those who don't want to impose and expiration date.

Bear in mind that the expiration date has no effect on people who have already claimed their airdrop. If you've already claimed by the expiration date, the airdrop contract will obey the vesting schedule registered when you claimed. This proposal only applies to those who have not claimed their airdrop and registered a vesting schedule on the airdrop contract by the expiration date.

If this proposal passes, all unclaimed tokens will be moved to a wallet under the control of the DAO and DAO members can decide in a future proposal how to dispose of them.
