Why do you want to be a Steward of this Working Group?

Having a high context for better decision-making is crucial in governance. For meta-gov stewards, this is essential to support delegates and proposers and strive to improve our process, operations, and governance. Things are worth mentioning among all the other contributions/skills:

• I'm a developer with a deep technical understanding of the ENS protocol and our governance contracts. This gives great insights into proposal building and helps with the working group's technical decisions.
• Spearheaded the creation of our Security Council, that prevented a high risk governance attack idenfitied with research, writing the smart contract, and engaging the community to understand and approve the proposal.
• I attended all the Meta-gov and Ecosystem working group calls during the year, actively engaging, even when OOO, sick or in different timezones. Also some calls from the public goods working group.

I'm the founder and CEO of blockful, leading a team of over 15 people who work with various DAOs on research, protocol development, and governance tooling. This role allows me to bring insights from the ecosystems we collaborate with, including Uniswap, Arbitrum, Optimism, Scroll, Shutter, and others, as well as planning and management experience. These skills are particularly valuable in a role focused on coordination within an organization.

My goals are:

• Increase our average turnout to improve governance security with initiatives to raise tokens delegated towards active contributors/DAO members/voters, so we do not depend on the Security Council to secure the DAO.
• Creating more accountability and discussions towards improving sustainability and long-term thinking.
• Improve the decision-making of delegates with better processes, tools, and information.

I care a lot about ENS, my contributions in the last 2 years help to demonstrate through actions. I'm excited to be nominating and serve the DAO with my skills and context which I think are a great fit for this working group.

Potential conflicts

As mentioned above, I'm founder of blockful, which is also a service provider for the ENS DAO. In events where a conflict of interest arises by being a steward and a service provider, I'll abstain from decisions.
