I bring expertise in public goods funding and extensive cross-ecosystem experience that would benefit the ENS Public Goods Working Group.

As Head of Grants at Gitcoin, I've directly led multiple rounds of Gitcoin Grants (GG18 - GG20), managing the allocation of millions in funding while developing and refining frameworks for effective public goods support. This hands-on experience and my roles across the wider Ethereum Ecosystem give me unique insights into what drives successful public goods initiatives.

My experience spans across multiple sectors:

• Currently leading BD, Partnerships, and Grant Operations at Gitcoin
• Successfully managed local, state, and federal grants with a 501c3
• Ran a profitable mid-sized systems integrator for a decade before Web3
• Deep research into Web3 grant programs since 2021.
• Created public goods resources like LlamaoGrants, Blockworks Grantfarm, and Crypto Grant Wire to share key insights and patterns.
• Secured funding as a grantee from major protocols (Polygon, Aave, Ethereum Foundation, Uniswap)
