Establish a structured approach for voting in the Sandbox DAO

Purpose:

This proposal would establish a structured approach for utilizing WhaleVault's 1.5K lands/7M+ voting power toward the Sandbox DAO Improvement Proposals (SIPs). It is currently not being utilized at all, and Sandbox DAO has failed 4 of the past 8 SIPs due to lack of quorum. Timeline:

To be implemented as soon as is reasonable or implemented in time to vote no later than SIP #20. They are currently on SIP #15 and vote on 2 to 4 SIPs every month. Sandbox DAO Snapshot link: https://snapshot.org/#/sandboxdao.eth.

Anticipated Outcomes: 

Create a Sandbox SIP discord channel in WHALE Discord within 3 days  this proposal being passed. When a SIP is posted to Sandbox DAO's Snapshot, a TLDR with link to the full SIP is posted to Sandbox SIP discord channel Discussion ensues for 7 days. At end of 7 days, the WHALE Council then decides and enters the vote into Sandbox DAO's Snapshot by the 9th day (within 48 hours). Should consensus not be obtained by Day 7, then WHALE Council posts a Snapshot vote on WHALE DAO to end 2 days before the Sandbox DAO's Snapshot is due to close, thereby giving the Whale Council 2 days (48 hours) to register the winning vote from the WHALE DAO proposal to the Sandbox DAO Snapshot.

Budget:

$0! I foresee no costs to implement this, as it will rely on using the multi-sig to vote for the Sandbox DAO SIPs and existing WHALE member volunteer time.

Risk Analysis:

Low. Utilizing WhaleVault's wallet brings it more public awareness. Should snapshot.org, which is one of Web3's leading DAO voting platforms, become compromised, it could have negative consequences on the WhaleVault. Snapshot doc link: https://docs.snapshot.org/introduction

Impact:

The vision of WHALE, as described in ⁠Discord channel info-main⁠, is to empower the Natively Digital, and create legacy through communal knowledge, conversations and consensus. Nowhere is that more relevant than the emergence of an infant DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) like the Sandbox DAO in May 2024, of which WhaleVault has a HUGE stake. The SandFam is in disharmony; its digital natives are in need of a seasoned example of how to participate in a thriving community, and the veteran WhaleFam can do this.
