P0018 - Raising Shaper NFT price to 500€

This proposal consists in raising the price of the Shaper NFT from 300€ to 500€.

As Web3 Island Makers is growing it has a higher momentum, heavier cost structure and higher responsibility towards its members.

This DAO needs core members who are committed to help this community growing.
