This proposal consists into transferring 3 expenses (~100€) from Tristan’s personal account to WIM’s PayPal credit card:
Google Workspace: $9,3/mth/seat ⇒ ~30€/mth Notion: $10/mth/seat ⇒ ~50€/mth Webflow: ~20€/mth As of today, Web3 Island Makers has a recurring spending of ±189€/mth.
January: 142€ February: 232€ March: 195€ April: 187€ It includes Notion, Google Workspace, Webflow and some other tools we had needed punctually (Loom, Canva,…).
With some cuts in the spending, we managed to reduce this monthly recurring costs to ±110€/mth:
Canceled Canva ☑️ -12€/mth Reduced Notion to Shapers only ☑️ -$50/mth Reduced Google Workspace to Shapers only ☑️ -9€/mth Almost all the spendings made so far have been made by individuals:
Tristan B.: 1882€ Mattia P.: 470€ Marco R.: 194€ Nicolas K.: 266€ For personal finances management purposes, Tristan has to cut the Google Workspace, Webflow and Notion subscriptions in May 2023 - next month.
Instead of losing the subscriptions, this proposal suggests that we transfer them to WIM's PayPal account.
