P0019 - OKRs June to December 2023

This proposal consists into approving the OKRs crafted by the Shapers and presented to the Makers to direct the community’s effort from June 2023 to December 2023.

Objectives and Key Results is a project management framework used by Web3 Island Makers. It helps us reaching ambitious goals with the right focus.

The previous set of OKRs was this one → OKRs: November-May 2022/23

The process to establish the new ones was:

1. Interrogate the community on their current perception of the DAO and their motivations for future projects
2. Shapers met multiple times to align on priorities and craft a final proposal
3. Proposal was presented, and now submitted to vote

This is the OKR set proposed for the coming months:

1 - 🛠 Emulate the 1st batch of projects from the Community Studio

• 5 projects
• 20% selection rate
• 70 mentoring sessions
• 500k€ raised/generated
• Net promoter score of the batch 8/10

2 - 🏴‍☠️ Ship a successful Alpha of Galleon

• Onboard 2 new protocol developers
• Onboard a first cohort of 50 traders
• Raise 10k€ with NFT pre-sale
• Enroll 20 new DAO members
• Get 2 trading pairs ETH & BTC

3 - 🎪 Support in-person events for and by Makers

• Support 6 events organized by Makers
• Support & attend 6 external events
• Secure 20k€ base sponsorship for WWC24
