WIM3 Tokenomics roll out based on Lightpaper

After the voting, if this proposal passes, we will roll out the Tokenomics based on what is defined in the lightpaper. Which includes as some of the key steps: 👉 Minting V0 tokens 👉 Distributing V0 tokens to early contributors 👉 Incentivize WIM3 deliverables with tokens 👉 Incentivize members who contribute to projects incubated by the Peak Studio
