Overview

This WindingTree Improvement Proposal seeks to ratify the processes surrounding governance debate and proposal formation. This covers aspects such as:

• Templates for WIPs
• Minimum discussion time - 1 week
• Voting period - 1 week
• Quorum requirements - 4% of total supply (not "first past the pole")
