Token Custodian Elections

We've recently deployed the new smart contract for the LIF token and created a dApp to swap the old tokens for the new: https://lif.windingtree.com

We'd like the new token contract to be upgradeable, but the team should not be able to control the contract, therefore we created a 4/6 multisig, proposed to have 3 team members, and 3 members of the community: https://blog.windingtree.com/lif-token-controlled-by-community-863301799401
