Should we move to $PIXA Rewards System V2 ?

• Pros: Much lower gas fees per claim, more $PIXA per claim, introduces staking $PIXA, reward multipliers for staking and holding Pixa NFTs.
• Cons: Less secure, need to deploy another contract.
