Purchase 5 Nouns

I propose we allocate 11 ETH to purchase 5 additional Nouns at auction. We currently have 1 ETH remaining in the multi-sig from previous Noun acquisitions and ~35 ETH in our treasury. Auctions are averaging around 2.5 ETH lately, with some patience I think we can get 5 Nouns at auction with 12 ETH.
