Update the Multi Sig Wallet

This is a proposal to add 4 non founders and require 5 confirmations on the multi sig wallet - this requires at least 1 non founder and 1 founder to sign, reduces centralization and lowers chance of a locked wallet.

8 people will share the multi-sig and 5 confirmations will be required for anything to happen

Yes (For) - I would like to make these changes ✅ No (Against) - I would not like to make these changes ❌

Fail to pass - The multi-sig wallet will remain the same

If this passes, second proposal will be created to allow DAO members to vote for who should be added as a signer
