Start auctions at 0.001eth to get more FOMO

I believe that as Nounlets and Nouns we should start the auctions at 0.001eth

Pros:

1. more people will participate
2. more bidders = higher prices
3. we put a bit of FOMO on everyone including us to bid more
4. nounlets and nouns start auctions low but end at rational levels

Cons:

1. some more people would join the Wizards DAO (but is it really a con?) :)
