Host a NFT.NYC Wizards Event

I would like to propose that we host a WizardsDAO party at NFT.NYC (happening between June 20 - June 23).

For the event, we would rent out a professional venue, find a DJ, videographer/photographer, provide food + drinks, decorations, lighting, and possibly other extras such as merch. Wizards can discuss whether to set the budget at 5 ETH, 10 ETH, 15 ETH, or a different amount if this proposal passes. This is event would not be Wizards-only, since there are only so many of us and not everyone can make it.

The goal of the event is to bring increased awareness to WizardsDAO, and subsequently bring new members into the DAO. Ultimately, a main goal of the DAO is not to be known as just an NFT project, but as a global brand. A well-executed in-person event at NFT.NYC would contribute greatly to this goal of marketing WizardsDAO as a web3 brand, not just an NFT project.

We are also discussing the possibility of partnerships for the event, which can further reduce costs and broaden our audience.

Additionally, if we agree to host a Wizards event at NFT.NYC, we would make sure to market the event well ahead of time (through Twitter, posters, stickers, network, etc.) and ensure the highest-quality experience for all attendees.

Voting yes on this proposal means that you are voting yes on the possibility of hosting an event, and yes to discussing logistics/ budget for a NFT.NYC Wizards event.

Voting no on this proposal means that you do not want to discuss the possibility of an IRL Wizards event at NFT.NYC.
