Purchase a 2nd Noun for the DAO

Prices of Nouns have been trending down lately, and are now going for less than 30 ETH. Engagement overall is down for WizardsDAO, but the one bright spot that seems to have people pretty engaged is our Noun. Also, last time we purchased a Noun it definitely generated some outside interest.

I am proposing we attempt to purchase another Noun for the WizardsDAO. I think we should aim to spend between 25 and 30 ETH on this one.

I am also proposing we delegate this Noun to Satori. They have done a ton of work to make sure information regarding Nouns props is reasonably easy to digest within our discord, as well as make sure everyone can steer our vote on proposals. We should continue to prop up our best builders/contributors as representatives of our DAO within the NounsDAO, as it will only help to proliferate our own brand and credibility as a group of thoughtful builders.

Once the proposal passes, the signers will be strategic about organizing a plan for bidding.
