deploy new auctionhouse with zero fees
the auction house contract has a 10% creator fee. i'm proposing to deploy a new contract with no fees and migrate all infrastructure over.
will require:
- updating the minter on the nft to the new contract
- deploying new contract with zero creator fees
- update website, notion, any docs to reference new contract
bounty for completion: 1.4269 ETH
