If this passes, we should transfer the approved funds to a hot wallet of someone who has access to Trait Sniffer or similar to acquire as many Wizard Hat Moonbirds as possible.

It's instant reveal but OS trait filtering will be delayed so using tools will allow us to identify quickly and mass bid 5 ETH for each of them.

We should also agree to 'buy now' if a wizard hat is listed below 10 ETH (it may be the only one we acquire despite putting multiple 5e offers out on others - in which case the unspent funds should be returned to the DAO after 3 day offer expiration).
