Budget: TBD officially but estimated below… Conservative = 40-50 ETH Neutral = 50-60 ETH Aggressive = 69 ETH (60-70 ETH)

Timeline: ASAPP (as soon as proposal passes) begin collaborating on part two (plan of attack) … timeline to success dependent on Nouns’ daily auction behavior & our strategy.

Motivation: *Wizards DAO Member Growth: -Nouns DAO is a CC0 project that aligns well with Wizards DAO from a brand/community perspective (much like CrypToadz); -spending a significant portion of our treasury to “buy in” to the Nouns community will help legitimize WizDAO specifically for potential new members.
-Minimal friction for new WizDAO bidders familiar with Nouns auctions = higher bidder to member conversion rate.

*Marketing / Brand / Exposure: -purchase process could be lengthy but daily bids = daily marketing; -successful purchase = excellent self promotion opportunity; -for branding just slap a wizard hat on our Nouns, or Nouns glasses on a Wiz… this will generate A LOT of future opportunities

*Financial / Economic: -Nouns DAO’s treasury is just under 22,000 ETH -258 Nouns as of 3/30/22 ; 159 unique owners -OpenSea: floor = 72 ETH ; volume = 2.7K ETH -WizDAO will be able to submit NounsDAO proposals, and will have one vote -could pitch collaborations in NounsDAO to reduce WizDAO cost of WizDAO projects (splitzies on an event - maybe sponsored by Bud Light) -LONG TERM HOLD; likely to increase in value over time but not primary driver behind purchase

Collaborations & WizDAO member benefits: -gives the degens (us) something to brag about on twitter -we get access to an insanely impressive CC0 community (see: explore nouns) with all current/future benefits Nouns holders have -potential to bypass our current WizDAO treasury limits on future projects via collaborating and submitting NounsDAO proposal, keep in mind we will likely need to campaign for our proposal to pass -web3 builders/creators/influencers will be incentivized to join WizDAO if we develop strong partnerships with Nouns + Toadz … we will be cheapest entry point to the CC0 trifecta (wiz/toadz/nouns) for anyone who needs funding to execute their great idea. Could even fund via quest, so no wiz purchase necessary
