Alchemy API VIP Agreement

We currently use AlchemyAPI as our API provider for connecting to the Ethereum network on the WizardsDAO website.

Currently this recurring cost is being covered by creator auction proceeds. This proposal outlines a VIP partnership with AlchemyAPI which will allow us to pay for the service from the WizardsDAO treasury.

– Current costs associated with AlchemyAPI –

Monthly cost starting at ~$400 that can go higher with increased website traffic

– Conditions of VIP partnership –

- A yearly payment up front of $16,800 (~5.6 ETH)
- 1.4B compute units / month
- Enhanced API and Websocket access with custom rate limits
- VIP support with priority SLA, dedicated account rep, and direct 
   chat through Telegram
- If demands exceeds 1.4B compute units a month we would be 
   responsible for $1.00/million CU exceeding the 1.4B CU

– Marketing Terms –

- Alchemy can use our logo in marketing materials
- We must tweet announcing our partnership with AlchemyAPI
- We must add an AlchemyAPI badge on the website
- Term last for 12 months and we must provide intent to not renew 
   at least 30 days before the 12 month period is up

If this partnership is agreed upon a member of the DAO will be required to sign the agreement.

This benefits the DAO in multiple ways:

- We get rid of a monthly expense and cover it all ahead of time
- Partnership might work to expand the brand
- Enhanced API access should increase website performance and 
  UX
