Unwrap $wLITI to $LITI

On July 1st, Liti Capital SA announced that it would primarily be focusing on its equity token ($LITI) and that $LITI cannot be wrapped into $wLITI after July 17th. You can read the full announcement from Liti Capital SA here: https://liticapital.com/important-update-to-investors/

If passed, this proposal will unwrap the 1,918,025,000 $wLITI held in WLD's smart contract (0xA936e1f747d14fC30d08272D065c8aeF4ab7f810) into 383,605 $LITI that will be held in WLD's treasury on the Ethereum network. It is important to note that once the $wLITI is unwrapped into $LITI it cannot be wrapped into $wLITI again and that $wLITI withdraws will be closed.
