Proposal : Approve Nora as a head of Wombex protocol management team

Abstract : I propose myself, Nora, to be appointed as a leader of the Wombex Protocol Management Team. In this role, I plan to work on defining the protocol development strategy and managing the execution of technical, marketing and other essential activities required for the future operation and growth of the protocol. My operation will be supported by the team of proficient advisors.

This proposal was discussed and got positive feedback both from Wombex core team and Alex, founder of Wombat.

Motivation : Historically, I have been an active member of the Wombex/Wombat communities with numerous contributions to both of them, including the successful creation and launch of the Noni DAO, built on top of the Wombat ecosystem.

Understanding all the challenges that Wombex and the Wombat protocol are facing right now, I aim to grow Wombex by attracting a wider community, TVL, restoring the peg and taking Wombex to the next level of recognition and adoption based on a well-defined strategy with the support of the active community and key liquidity providers. My aim is to maintain Wombex as #1 protocol by TVL, veWOM votes, and peg serving the ecosystem, liquidity providers, and governance participants.

My plan includes : wmxWOM peg stabilization through cost-efficient measures New TVL acquisition Growth of community and overall Wombex brand awareness across all ecosystem Wombex is deployed Launching and supporting new chains, pools, and bribes Development of the brand new UI/UX

A roadmap with much more details outlining these initiatives will be published on Medium immediately following the adoption of this proposal, provided it is accepted.

I plan to be fully committed to Wombex development in collaboration with the community, existing partners (DAOs and protocols), liquidity providers, and vlWMX holders (governance participants).
