Proposal: Test Airdrop Functionality by Distributing USD1 to All $WLFI Token Holders

Summary: This advisory proposal recommends World Liberty Financial test its onchain airdrop feature by distributing a small amount of USD1 to all current $WLFI token holders. This will allow World Liberty Financial to validate the technical functionality of its airdrop system in a live environment while thanking early supporters of the project.

Motivation: This test serves three key purposes:

Test the airdrop system in production to ensure our infrastructure is functioning as intended. Drive initial visibility and awareness of USD1 prior to broader market access. Thank early $WLFI adopters who have supported the project from the beginning. Specification:

Recipients: All current $WLFI token holders (subject to meeting eligibility requirements to be determined)

Amount: A fixed amount of USD1 will be distributed per wallet to be funded by World Liberty Financial, Inc. (exact amount to be finalized based on total eligible wallets and budget)

Distribution Method: Onchain via our airdrop system

Network: Ethereum Mainnet

Eligibility: All wallets holding any amount of $WLFI (subject to eligibility requirements)

Timing: The timing of any airdrop would be determined by World Liberty Financial, Inc. in its sole discretion

Reservation: Even if approved, World Liberty Financial, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, modify or terminate the test airdrop at any time as well as to establish any additional eligibility requirements.

Rationale: Testing the airdrop mechanism in a live setting is a necessary step to ensure smart contract functionality and readiness. This distribution also serves as a meaningful way to thank our earliest supporters and introduce them to USD1.
