Allow team to maintain top bid weth offers on all royalty wows until 1/26/22. Max bid price will be determined and voted on by the team to keep max bid private. What this means is only the likes of Lily, Lawrence, and Mark will know the max price we offer as a DAO to avoid showing our hand and reducing the possibility of shill bidding.
