Minting for the DAO

We would like to propose the ability for the DAO to mint any given project that is vetted and presented to the Pixie holders via giveaway.

For example: Mint Women Tribe for the DAO. It is a great project and the DAO wallet is allotted a spot in this mint. This is the first collab for the pixies and one we ran a major pre-sale giveaway for.

We take a hard look at each project that reaches out to give us pre-sale spots and have turned some away we weren't comfortable with. Placing the DAO wallet on that list and minting from the DAO is the ask here.

The curators club feel it could be beneficial to add new projects upon mint to the DAO.
