Pixies World Loan

The team is asking for a loan of 1 eth per month for 3 months max to cover artist expenses from the DAO.

This will be paid back during the launch/mint of Pixies World and be the first priority payment from the mint.

The current secondary volume is low in this market which is hurting our ability to proceed with certain things pertaining to the next project so we're asking for a short term bailout.

The total amount of the loan over the course of this time will be 3 eth and the total payback will be 3 eth.
