Voting time limit - common transaction or proposals

This is a vote to determine what we set common decisions/proposals at as far as time limit.

Example: Say we are deciding on which project to sweep or which metaverse to target. Other examples could be the charity of the month to give to or how much eth we will allot to a certain purchase as well as signee candidates.
