Multi-Sig Vote - Vote in new signers for the DAO

It is time for us as a DAO to add new multi-signers for our gnosis safe wallet.

We will need to select 3 new signers. The top 3 vote getters will become our new multi-sigs.

This will be a single choice vote due to the fact snapshot often fails to apply votes the right way when choosing quadric or approval voting which allows one to spread votes across different names.
