Voting time limit - Urgent matters

This will be for the DAO to decide on our voting time limit for urgent matters.

Example: We have identified which project we are purchasing, now we have the 4* options within that collection to choose from. Due to the fast moving pace of this space we will need to act in an urgent matter to single out the asset we want to acquire.

We understand holders are based all around the world and some will miss the deadline but what the DAO votes is what the DAO gets.
