New single staking token to WRA. xWRA would be minted and burned, funded by a new AMM split fee modal of 0.2% goes to LP providers and 0.1% goes to xWRA staking rewards vs. the current 0.3% to LP providers.

Holding >1,000 WRA by itself would be unmodified and still yield SYF returns.
