Proposal to sell Valeria Booster Packs

Proposal is to sell half of each rarity booster pack received from initial airdrop, we will start to receive this booster packs quite frequently in short term.

Amounts of each can be viewed in discord.

Valeria has a native marketplace that allows us to sell booster packs directly for $VAL.

Funds generated from these sales increase community reserves to allow for future acquisition.
