Proposal to take loan for 1 NFT World

This proposal is to take a 0% interest rate loan from LP position in order to purchase 1 sub 5000 rank NFT World directly after migration airdrop.

Loan would be repaid in $WRLD from 10% of the monthly yields generated from DAO holdings / $WRLD poker hosting fees.

Example - World purchased for 2.55 $ETH = 133,000 $WRLD required for repayment.
