ChronoForge 1 Prospecting Deed Acquisition

##Description of the Project: ChronoForge is an innovative multiplayer action RPG that merges fast-paced "hack and slash" combat with Web3 technologies and AI-driven gameplay. Developed by Minted Loot Studios in collaboration with Ammobox Studios, the game is set in a time-fractured universe where players embark on quests across procedurally generated dungeons, battling foes ranging from dinosaurs to space raiders. Deeds are their verison of "land" which players can acquire and populate with upto 5 adventurers to farm the ChronoForge token.

##Benefit to DAO: We can max farm the ChronoForge Token upon TGE with 5 Adventurers (we already have) and 1 deed. If we want upon full game release and TGE the deeds are expected to moon, so we can then flip.
