Swap $BLOCK for $MTC for Main Pass Distribution

Proposal to Swap $BLOCK for $MTC for Main Pass distribution.

Currently the DAO has 31,126 $BLOCK distribution, along with 40,945 $MTC.

This proposal is to replaxe the $BLOCK distribution and with $MTC.

Swapping $BLOCK to $MTC would drastically increase $MTC amount pending distribution by roughly ~600,000.

$BLOCK has seen significant decrease in price since TGE, and this will benefit all those that hold $MTC especially $MTC LP supporters.
