Swap $MON to $MTC for Main Pass Distribution

Similar to the recent proposal passed for swapping $BLOCK into $MTC for Main Pass distribution, this proposal is to swap all $MON into $MTC for monthly Main Pass distribution.

This proposal is to replace $MON distribution with $MTC. The DAO would be swapping $MON generated from Lands to $MTC on a regular basis.

$MON has seen significant decrease in price TGE, and this’ll benefit all those that hold $MTC especially $MTC LP supporters.
