Proposal is to purchase 10 Avatars with a budget of 0.52 $ETH.

Benefit to DAO: Holders will gain increased access to The TOPIA ecosystem and increase the $TOPIA generated by the staked avatars. This in turn makes it more economical for on chain transactions involving $TOPIA

Potential to flip each Avatar in the future for $ETH profit upon collection price increase. I feel there is greater % upside for Avatar movement than World movement at this point in time.
