This proposal is to purchase 1 hunter vessel with a budget of .35 $ETH

Purchasing this will allow us to have max capacity on one of our otherdeeds during Legends of the Mara which is expected to be releasing shortly.

Vessels have the ability to evolve into Kodamare and will play a crucial role in the Otherside ecosystem.
