proposal to do weth offers on 33 nexian gems

i think we need to consolidate our holdings before getting new projects we already have 17 nexian gems, we should get up to 50 while price of them is so low, this will cost only around 3eth which is not much but could lead to big benefits if the project does well. Token still not released it's good for us to play in advance with not much of a risk at these current prices.
