Proposal to mint Ibutsu Relic's Collection

We currently hold 3 Ibutsu and were allocated WL to the community if we want to participate in this upcoming mint. We have the ability to mint up-to 6.

-March 4th is mint date for the "relics" holders only, 1 mint per Ibutsu held for a price of 0.03 ETH. March 5th mint date for WL / public, same price.

-Relics are randomly minted (Namco, Tenki, Shukei, Senso, and a mystery relic) and all generate CHI

-Relics and Chi allow us to send our Ibutsu on missions, add powers/pets, and do things on the otherdeeds land when it is ready
