TweetDAO represents an idea that has long lasting implications within Web3 and we desire to take beginning steps toward decentralization.

The TweetDAO faces hurdles which need to be immediately resolved. The longevity of the project is at risk if the community does not have the ability to adapt to bans by navigating it's various assets and accounts. Our pressing needs are: --Develop an immediate solution to prevent being banned and shadowbanned from Twitter --Develop a framework for operating within Twitter ToS --Become resilient so as to to recover and reorganize in the face of a ban, quickly, efficiently, and possibly with antifragile principles

To achieve this, the DAO would request: -access to the Twitter account -access to the TheTweetDAO domain -an open sourced version of the current relayer, so that a management body can generate and recognize new Twitter API keys
