Bringing on Pat full time

Pat has been helping support the community from the start. He has volunteered his time early on helping improve the Discord along with community building. I would like to bring him on full time and allow him to help support me with, communications, administration, and other duties as they come up. He will be working EST hours. This will be the start of allowing us to use team funds to build out the X-Consoles team, the treasury will be paying out pat (50 $Game tokens per month)
