Deploy the ecosystem contracts on all of the testnets

On October 3rd 2023, the X7 Anonymous Developers asked the X7 community to:

"try to imagine what you can contribute to this endeavor - not to induce people to buy the token - but to induce people to involve themselves in the ecosystem. What is stopping you from adding more lines and circles on the ecosystem graph? What is stopping you from initiating more snapshot votes to figure out where this DAO is and where it wants to go?

Taking inspiration from that call to action, the community has started efforts to add "more of those lines and circles on the ecosystem graph". To facilitate those efforts and in particular to speed development and efficiently test components developed by the community, we need the ecosystem contracts deployed on all of the testnets.

In particular, the developers working on a new Swap interface has asked:

"Please deploy the ecosystem contracts on all of the testnets so we can properly test Xchange before going live. This will also significantly speed up development."

We are sure the X7 Anonymous Developers value of a good developers time, and accordingly ask the timely deployment of the ecosystem contracts on all of the testnets.
